As a Pallet Builder you will perform many tasks including: building and repairing pallets, using an air operated nail gun and staple gun, use other handheld tools, use a broom and keep your work area clean. At Energy Pellets of America, the Sales/ Operations Manager is a key role in the success of the company. This position is involved in all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, operations, recruitment and hiring, logistics and much more. The individual in this position must be able to multitask and must perform under tight deadlines and changing needs. This position will also require some physical labor including lifting heavy items, (up to 60 pounds), operating equipment, (forklift/skid steer) and being on your feet and bending throughout the day.
